Administrators
Administrators can control who has access to the system and also how much access they have. Please ensure you have at least one, preferably two administrators allocated to your company, in case someone is absent from work.
If you’re an administrator, give access to users on a ‘need to know’ basis only. For example, if your Payroll Administrator does not deal with supplier payments, consider segregation of duty.
It is good practice to regularly review users’ access in the system and when users leave the company, make sure you delete them – they will remain visible but show as deleted in the user section. If you’d like a user to be permanently removed then please contact the Support Team.
