Autopay Online Plus enables you to manage Direct Debit payments and ensure accurate data entry by validating bank account details. In addition, they help automate the production of the AUDDIS transactions and Direct Debit correspondence required by the Direct Debit scheme rules.

Autopay Online Plus enable you to create and maintain:

  • Contacts - the people or companies whose accounts will be debited.
  • Direct Debit Mandates – an authorisation from your customer to collect future payments
  • Collection Profiles - contain all the information required for processing Direct Debit payments.
  • Plan templates - used for defining the frequency and amounts for recurring payments.

You can create either regular or one off collections within the solution. Before you can do that you must have a contact, payment profile and collection profile.

Note

Payment and collection profiles are managed by administrators.
