Collections (coming soon)

There are a number of tasks that can only be performed by an administrator user before making Direct Debit collections.

Navigate to the Settings menu and under Collections you will see options to:

• Create, edit and delete collection profiles, see the Collection Profiles section.
• Create, edit and delete plan templates, see the Plan Templates section.
• Export collections data

Before you can set up a mandate you must set up a payment profile and collection profile.
