Experience uplift
Autopay Online has a brand-new look, with an all-round fresher, modern design.
We’ve done our best to minimise this change for you, so have focused on updating the design itself rather than making significant changes to the features, flows and functionality that you’re used to using.
There are a few minor tweaks though, which we’ll need to cover off to make sure you’re up to speed and prepared when the new design is introduced.
On the Autopay Online home screen
We’ve moved the New payment button across to the right-hand side of the screen under the updated main navigation menu.
We’ve relocated the Show and hide graph, export and tile and table view menu to just above the table, where it naturally belongs.
Status labels have been updated, each corresponds to a colour, which will help you scan through and identify status faster.
If you choose to display payment files in tile rather than the table view, you’ll notice that the tiles have been enhanced:
We’ve reorganised the content to promote the important information, such as moving the payment file or batch name to the top of the card.
We’re also representing Credit, Debit and Auddis with a unique colour throughout the Payments screens to help differentiate one from the other to support visual scanning.
You’ll spot a sub menu at the bottom of the tile, where you carry out key actions associated to the payment file. Selecting View will take you directly to the file details and the Overflow action menu (ellipsis or three dots) reveal the secondary actions available, when you hover over it with your mouse.
Administrators, you’ll find the Settings menu on the right-hand side of the main navigation menu. Selecting the cog icon will surface the menu.
Errors, warnings and risks
Once you’ve uploaded your payment file, the file will be processed to check for irregularities to flag Warnings and Errors, and Risks, (if the Protect module is enabled).
The results will now appear in a consolidated list view, under a tab called Processing results, which is the first screen you’ll see after processing.
You can then navigate to the Instructions, Contras, History and the Authorisation Report tabs to see more details about this individual payment file.
Support documentation
We have moved all of our support documentation online where you will be able to find the most up to date guidance in one centralised place.
